This tutorial is a part of a fourth year selective project. The website goes over basic emergent splinting information and techniques in a case based manner.
The online tutorial should take about 30-45 minutes to complete. There is an associated pre-test and post-test to complete before and after the cases are read. These tests are completely voluntary and the data is anonymous. It will be used to determine the educational value of the website in improving medical student knowledge and confidence around emergent splinting techniques.
