Project Description

This is a student selective project designed to demonstrate the focused history and physical exam in a pediatric case. The purpose of this project is to provide expose to a common pediatric problem, demonstrate the process of creating a differential diagnosis, and determine if this format is an appropriate means of exposing students to these problems.

Instructions

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. You may skip any questions in the survey that you do not wish to answer. By completing the following surveys, you are implying your consent with participating in this study.

To begin the survey, please develop a unique personal ID - the first 4 letters of the name of your first pet followed by the last 2 digits of the year you were born - to ensure anonymity. You will need this ID again for the post-test survey.
